Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering. - (Hebrews 13:3) |

PRAYER

We live in a busy environment of competitions, sports, pleasures, greed, credit cards, impatience, etc. Some people want titles, some merely want to peddle their wares and so much jealousy among the brethren. The Church of Jesus Christ needs to rise up and realize time is short for the return of our Savior. We are to redeem the time and be about our Father's business rather than our own. The Medical Field is flourishing because of our lack of discipline, feeding the flesh with chemicals and pesticides, overindulgence, so much sugar and fried unhealthy foods. It's not a matter anymore about choosing something you would enjoy for a life long career, but what pays the most. It's not what you enjoy but what can you get. We are accepting divorce and abortion, gay marriages or no marriages (just living together) and wicked lifestyles as ‘normal’. We call sin mistakes and blame others for our behavior. There is a lack of responsibility in the home in not teaching kids about respect, submission and authority. It has reached every nation and the Church. It seems we've been preaching more out of the Old Testament than the new because the New Testament speaks of the cross and self-denial, Jesus being our example to live by. In other words, we hear little about self denial. Praying for the persecuted church and for the people of other nations is true 'self denial'. Speak the name of a Nation today and pause and allow the Holy Spirit to give you the words to pray.

Our prayer...
Father, forgive me for my lack of concern for the persecuted church. I ask You now to encourage and manifest Your presence to those who feel alone, separated from family, hungry, and those in prison because they chose not to deny You. Your presence is mighty and each one needs the strength that only You can give, but they need to be assured that their labor is not in vain. I call out for the Nations to see the light of the glorious Gospel and be saved. In Jesus Name.
