This is a time, a season for preparation. God said to me that it was a time for ‘inspection’ because there has been a season of ‘preparation’ before orders can be given.

Advancement and promotion are based on our ‘record’ of preparation, faithfulness, discipline and submission to authority, ability and willingness to accept instructions without complaining. We need an excellent attitude, strong character, no compromising, a desire to please the other, humility, and a willingness to change whatever area the Holy Spirit would reveal to us and accept correction.

Many want advancement in the Kingdom, but few will count the cost. Many want a title and much compensation, but with little work and sacrifice. God requires diligence, discipline, and a determination to advance and be able to accept more responsibility, taking our share of the load. There are no menial positions in the Kingdom. Each one has an assignment and has been given everything needed to carry out divine orders from heaven. Will you choose to be an instrument in His hand to fulfill an assignment from heaven's throne room? The harvest is plenteous, the laborers are few.
