House Church Pastor Released

Christian Monitor has received verified information that Pastor Lian Changnian has been released following 10 days in jail. Chinese police had arrested house church leader, Lian Changnian, on 20 March, while he was leading a bible study in a house church in Xintao, Hubei. He was arrested in front of 100 worshippers and was taken to a detention facility in the city.
